How to cut bias strips quickly and easily

This is not my original method, and I'm sorry to say that I don't know who came up with it
originally. I just think it's a great way to cut a lot of bias strips quickly.

Triangle Cutting Chart

It seems like I always need to figure out what size of square to cut in order to get half-square
triangles or quarter-square triangles, and I got tired of doing the math over and over again.
I came up with this chart that you can use to look up your desired finished size triangle, and it
will tell you what size square to cut.

Yardage Yield Chart

I tend to keep small to medium size pieces of fabric around for cutting scrap quilts, and
sometimes I need to know how many squares of a certain size I can get from a width of fabric.
Thus, I came up with this chart!
